T & S Mobile Screen Service is a local business that offers high-quality screen services for window screens, doors, porches, and more. We have been serving our customers for over 30 years and we are part of the largest mobile screening company in the community.
We use the best materials and products for our screen installations and repairs. We also offer a one-year limited warranty on our workmanship, which covers the original buyer only.
This warranty does not cover the products themselves, which may have their own manufacturer's warranties. If you have any issues with our workmanship, please contact us within one year of completion and we will do our best to fix it.
Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
• Contact us within 30 days of noticing the problem.
• Show proof of the project, such as the invoice, with the date and location of completion.
• Explain the nature of the defect and provide any relevant documentation.
• Allow us reasonable time to evaluate the claim and decide the appropriate action.
